/minecraft:give Elo106 minecraft:leather_leggings{CustomModelData:1,display:{“color”:16711680}} 1

/minecraft:give Elo106 minecraft:leather_boots{CustomModelData:1,display:{“color”:16711680}} 1

 

Replace “Elo106” with your name.

 

Use this with MC Cosmetics for the helmet and back cosmetic, you can also use the helmet as a carved pumpkin.
