Quest to collect water samples in multiple conditions (moon/time/weather/altitude/etc.)

Description

This quest makes player collecting some water samples respecting several conditions. You can melt theses ones, add some etc. Tese are examples of conditions players have to respect.

In order to remember all the conditions, the quester gives a book describing these ones, not complusory, you can say it in chat, as you want, I made both as example.

There are cooldown to analyze samples, you can change it or cancal it if you want.
