/minecraft:give Elo106 minecraft:shield{CustomModelData:1}

/minecraft:give Elo106 minecraft:carved_pumpkin{CustomModelData:1}

Replace “Elo106” with your name.

 

You may want to use this with MC Cosmetics for the helmet, you can also use the helmet as a carved pumpkin.
