After actually implementing these models, my opinion has changed a bit. I like the overall style of these, but these models are pretty rough with corners not meeting properly and ugly gaps/overlapping edges. The tower shield in particular was a nightmare to work with because it was built off-axis at a 45, making it impossible to fit into the player's hands symmetrically. I had to convert it to a 1.21.11 file and rotate the entire thing 45 degrees to get it to look right in the players' hands symmetrically and in a way that was similar to the other shields.
