A Velocity Addon-Plugin for Nexo

It will block duplicate ResourcePacks when switching servers across your network. It also supports blocking obfuscated NexoPacks when the original is identical on two servers.

It also adds support for using Glyph-Tags (<glyph:id>) in other Velocity-plugins like Velocitab & TAB.
