This is a very confusing purchase. As of right now, the provided default configuration seems to have bugs under some circumstances that break the entire thing, and the original plugin (UltimateShop) is barely supported in the free version, its documentation is very vague and lackluster while most tickets go unanswered. The development model of UltimateShop which this configuration relies on is also very not consumer friendly for this reason, as you are told that you're expected to pay in order to be assisted with the wiki - only issue is once again the wiki contains statements such as "Nexo support" but then no actual syntax examples of how to make use of that support. This would be less of an issue if this config mentioned UltimateShop premium as a requirement. We reached out to the developer of this configuration to ask for help, but as of right now aside them aknowledging that our issue exists, we haven't received any help.
