The package doesn't work, and the customer service is really terrible

I strongly advise against buying from this seller; do not purchase any products from LittleRoom. Nothing they sell works. And don't even get me started on their customer support, which is catastrophic. I've had a support ticket open for a week and haven't received a single response—it's appalling. As for McModels, I don't understand how you can allow them to sell on your site.
