Supporting Customers

You need to link your discord.

If you want an extra team member to provide support, they need to;

• Link their discord in their MCModels Account Settings.

• Be added to your organization's support team. You can find Support Teams on the left side of your dashboard.

You're required to give support.

If your pack doesn't work as advertised and you fail to give support, you may have the product archived and refunded. You don't need to keep a ticket open for feature requests.

Resolve tickets as soon as possible.

We'd like to see tickets first responded to within 48 hours and resolved within 1 week.

Let us know if you're unavailable to give support.

If you plan to be away, let the staff team know in advance and we can help handle your support temporarily.

Use the close button at the start of the ticket to close it.

Don't leave your ticket open once it's resolved.
