  • Spawns naturally in deserts, they're a friendly companion.

  • Occasionally pops up onto their tippy-toes to scan the area, they'll also do this when interacted with.

  • Drops Meerkat Pelt when killed. Who would do that to a meerkat? You, apparently.

  • Rapidly flees any player that attacks them.
