I really like some of the rooms, but others look pretty bad. The massive hallways that make up a large portion of it to connect the rooms are extremely plain and just look bad. This is a great example of bigger not being better. I would give it 3 stars as a dungeon, but there are a lot of really well made build assets like the tables, book cases, chandeliers, etc. that you can reuse for other builds, so I'll give it an extra star for all of those.
