UPDATE 1.3 of 2026:

With three ranged basic attack animations, three spell cast animations, three melee attacks, incredible voiceover & Sound FX, intense MythicMob mechanics, and his extreme power, Lord Khyadon has learnt to control the staff of eternal darkness, and will not hesitate in bringing terror upon your server.

This pack includes the 3D model, the MM configuration, the resource pack, and the ‘Eternal void staff’, capable of playing with space and time, and creating deadly black holes, featuring 4 unique skills (And lots of style!). (Plugin: MythicCrucible/MythicArtifacts required).

This mob requires MythicMobs & ModelEngine

This update is now public, but is a follow up of a "secret" update there was last year. It aims to simplify, reduce bloat in the code,nand add various changes in terms of balance and honestly, i forgot a lot of what i did. Might need to do some cleanup later, but it's much better now! Both functionally and technically, in code.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️: It is necessary to update the models for this version, and It is also very recommended to delete the older Mythicmobs Pack folders before installing this.

⚠️Please have in mind any changes you made and make a backup!

🧰 CHANGES

  • Added nexo support, a drag and drop pack that will generate nexo items, but they will hook directly into the crucible staff, for ease of use for nexo users. Still better to use Crucible, but cheepsum.

⭐Refactored skill syntax, aiming for better, clearer names, better commenting, modular damage, and reduced particle counts where it mattered

⚠️SOME SKILLS ARE STILL PENDING.

⭐ Removed the dependency from multiple mobs/resourcepack mobs that needed complicated installations. All vfx are now handled by ModelEngine,

making it much easier to install, and allowing some other type of animations and better projectile tracking.

- Thus, improved the vfx of all projectile skills adding animations responsive to the skills.

- Slight improvements in walk cycle animations.

- Improved the melee attacks on-hit, adding conditions and better hitboxing.

- Balanced the particle amounts and telegraphs of the projectile rain, showing the actual hitboxes and balancing the damage in general.

- Reduced the particle count on some instances of the Black hole, balancing its damage and effects, and reducing the bloat on the systems.

Now it is no longer needed to "modify another mob" in order to modify the damage of the black hole ultimate ability.

- Added the modular health scaling system.

⭐ Refactored Item (Dark rod) skill syntax, adding a modular damage system that allows you to modify the item's skill damage in the Item yml, and also

made it work with Crucible autogeneration to reduce dependency on outdated and clunky resourcepacks. Planned to include a nexo/ia config, if requested.

🔧 FIXES:

- Fixed an issue where the third basic projectile attack wouldn't create a small singularity.

- fixed model unable to correctly face when casting certain spells.
