While the product itself looks stunning, the support is completely horrendous. I've used this in the past, and normally I wouldn’t leave a review like this, but I had hoped things would be different with support this time. Unfortunately, even after submitting a ticket to MC-Models vendor support, it’s been over 24 hours with no reply. - Eyes continuously blink when setting NPCs - NPCs repeatedly despawn when placing them - Text doesn’t appear in the text bubbles
