Wardrobe & Stickers is a gameplay experience created to bring a vanilla, flexible and immersive way to add custom textures to tools, weapons, and armor without replacing existing materials or forcing changes on all players.

Each player can apply their own stickers (custom textures) to their equipment, making their gear look exactly how they want. It’s a personal touch that travels with you on your adventure.

Beyond customization, the pack introduces a balanced and engaging way to collect stickers through world exploration. Trial Chambers now have a greater purpose: by completing them, you can earn gachapons, which reward you with unique sets of stickers and glue. Use these at the new table Sticky Bench to personalize your armor and weapons however you like.

This project works in the following software:

• Vanilla, Modded, Bukkit, Spigot, Purpur, Paper 1.21.7 & 1.21.8

• Realms (Untested, but should work as it doesn't use experimental features)

You will get to download a .zip which you'll have to decompress, containing the following .zip's:

• A working data pack that contains the code that makes the project work. You must put this inside your world's folder:

.minecraft/saves/"your_world"/datapacks

• A working resource pack that contains the assets and textures for the project. This resource pack is ready to merge with other ones you are using.

🧭 FUTURE OF THE PROJECT

Our goal with Wardrobe & Stickers is to set a new standard for adding custom textures to tools, weapons, and armor in Minecraft without replacing existing materials or affecting other players' experience.

We envision this project as the go-to system for personalizing gear, with a solid foundation that feels native to vanilla gameplay. Looking ahead, we plan to open the project to other artists, allowing them to easily create and share their own extensions or add-ons. The idea is to build a system where creators can simply drag and drop their sticker packs into the project, and it will automatically recognize and integrate them into the game.

This next step depends heavily on how well the community receives the project. If it gains enough popularity and support, we’re fully committed to developing the tools and infrastructure needed to make Wardrobe & Stickers a creative platform for everyone. 💗💗💗
