RPG| Dungeon Pot Mimics Pack 1

RPG Dungeon Pot Mimics Pack
Dungeon pots that look exactly like the real ones until a player breaks them and a nest of insects pours out, plus the normal pots they hide among.
Base pack: this pack only includes the dirt pots and the dirt insect set, and works on its own. The mimic versions of the RPG Dungeon Pots Pack 1 colors (the neutral base and its 7 colors) are sold separately in the All Variations pack.
What is included
8 dirt pot models with a matching shatter particle effect
8 normal dirt pots that drop loot, and 8 mimic copies that look identical
5 insect models: 3 crawlers, a flying swarm, and a queen
1 example droptable for the normal pots
Ready-to-use mobs, no extra setup needed
Color variations not included, sold separately in the All Variations pack
Insect breakdown
Crawlers
Small ground insects that climb out of the broken pot.
Three kinds, each with its own speed and health, from fast and fragile to slow and sturdy
They chase the nearest player and bite
Flying Swarm
A cloud of insects that goes straight for the player's head.
Latches onto the player and circles their head, biting for as long as it stays there
It only lets go when it dies: the victim or any nearby player has to hit it off
Queen
The mother of the nest, and the most dangerous of the five.
Chases the player and lunges with her stinger, even on the move
If the sting lands, she latches on and keeps stinging
If she isn't killed in time, she infects the player with larvae and flies away
Larva infestation
An infected player gains one larva every 5 seconds, up to 15, shown on the action bar
Past 15, every new larva hatches on the spot as a crawler
Fire is the cure: taking fire, lava, or magma block damage ends the infection and all the stored larvae hatch at once
If the player dies while infected, the larvae burst out of the body
Hatched larvae attack the player who carried them
How it works
Mimic pots look and shatter exactly like the normal pots, so players can't tell them apart until they break one
A broken mimic drops no loot: it releases either a queen with 5 crawlers, or a flying swarm with 4 to 5 crawlers
Insect attacks don't knock players back, so the swarm and the queen stay latched on
The droptable is a working example, meant to be edited to fit your own server's loot balance
