You may have noticed that we have recently been reconfiguring some of our earlier products.
If you encounter any of the following situations—including but not limited to those listed—please feel free to contact our after-sales support:
If a smaller pack included in a product you purchased has been removed and is no longer available for download, you can contact us for a free upgrade to a larger pack.
If a product has been reorganized, resulting in reduced content with some parts now only available through other products, please contact us to receive the remaining content free of charge.
