Bramblekin
Bramblekin is a small ranged mob that fires blowgun darts, moves between shots and escapes through nearby foliage. Follow the moving leaf trail to find where it will come out next.
Mob features
Bush travel: dives into suitable foliage and emerges from another nearby patch, leaving a visible leaf trail and a rustle at the exit.
Ranged skirmishing: repositions between shots, retreats from danger and can turn to fire back when chased.
Modelled darts that launch from the blowgun and face their flight direction.
Poisonous darts: a 20% chance to apply Poison I for three seconds on a successful hit. Green bubbles mark poisonous darts. Existing poison is not continually refreshed.
Randomized leaf effects, dive and shooting animations, and sounds.
Three skins: Grass Green, Gold Orange and Autumn Red. Choose one skin or use Mixed variants within a gang.
In-game settings
Use the RuneFist Tome to place and edit spawn areas. Set the population and respawn timing, choose variants, adjust health, damage, movement speed and detection range, and assign mob drops through the in-game menus.
The spawn radius controls where mobs appear; leash distance controls how far they can move. Place suitable foliage nearby with clear ground and space for an exit. Leaves, azaleas, sweet berry bushes, ferns and tall grass can provide cover; ordinary grass blocks and short grass do not. Without a safe bush route, Bramblekin stays visible and fights on foot. It does not destroy or place blocks.

This product is supplied as protected runtime content for RuneFist Engine. Editable source files, including Blockbench (.bbmodel) models and behaviour/configuration source files, are not included. Supported gameplay settings can be customized through RuneFist Engine in-game.
Requirements
RuneFist Engine 0.1.2 or a later compatible 0.x release. Free, installed separately.
ModelEngine R4.1.0, purchased and installed separately.
Paper 1.21.11. Tested with Java 21 and Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.11.
Players must accept the server resource pack. Folia is not supported.
No MythicMobs, Nexo, ItemsAdder or RuneFX Engine required.
The download contains Bramblekin's protected content pack and installation instructions. RuneFist Engine, ModelEngine and the scenery shown in the pictures are not included. This is not a standalone MythicMobs configuration.
