Glint

Glint is a crystal-backed lizard that throws prisms around the battlefield and fires a continuous beam through them. Watch where the crystals land, move out of the beam's path, or break a prism to interrupt the attack.

Mob features

  • Up to three persistent prisms per mob. Glint throws enough crystals to fill its missing slots.

  • Prisms attach to the ground, walls and ceilings where the terrain allows, creating different beam routes.

  • A three-second beam with a visible charge, locked aim and smooth thickness transitions.

  • Crystals take three hits to break, with a flash and sound on each hit. Breaking one during an attack interrupts the beam and briefly staggers Glint.

  • Short repositioning movements and an animated tail smack against nearby players.

  • Three matching mob and prism variants: Purple & Blue, Red & Yellow, and Green & Purple. Choose one or use Mixed variants.

  • Custom crystal effects, sparkles, throw and impact sounds, and a continuous beam sound.

In-game settings

RuneFist pixel-art mob, tome, combat, variants and drop controls

Use the RuneFist Tome to place spawn areas and adjust population, respawn timing, variants, health, damage, movement speed, detection range, brightness and item drops.

The spawn radius controls where mobs appear; leash distance controls how far they can move. Give Glint traversable ground and clear surfaces for its prisms. It does not place or destroy terrain blocks.

Source files

This product is supplied as protected runtime content for RuneFist Engine. Editable source files, including Blockbench (.bbmodel) models and behavior/configuration source files, are not included. Supported gameplay settings can be customized through RuneFist Engine in-game.

Optional Bedrock support

This download includes converted models, animations and effects for experimental Bedrock visuals. RuneFist Engine still runs all gameplay. Requires Engine 0.1.8, the free Bedrock Bridge 0.1.0 from the Engine listing, and Geyser-Spigot 2.11.3 build 1247 on the same Java server. No converter subscription is needed.

Inventory artwork, custom sound mapping, brightness and some procedural/death poses do not yet match Java. Separate-JVM proxy setups are not supported. Java-only servers can ignore the Bedrock folder. Original editable projects are not included; converted client assets are readable by clients.
